COVID 19: From testing to vaccines - democratising planning to defeat uncertainty

As you are aware in any “disaster” the rapidly and consistently changing situation, challenges (and tests) our preconceptions and processes, forcing us all to rethink and adapt, as gaps are unearthed, refining, and the incrementally improving our response strategies.
